II. Subject of the rental

This apartment is intended to accommodate a maximum of 2 people.

The price includes:

• Water, heating and electricity consumption for normal and reasonable use. Any improper use will be charged extra
• Further details according to the reservation (as a separate email)

The rent is paid by bank transfer no later than 5 days before the day of arrival at the property. If you cancel within 3 weeks before the start of the rental, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price will be due. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance (insurer of your choice).

III. General rental conditions “Les Cerisiers”

Reservation, contract, general conditions

A reservation can be made by phone, in person, in writing or by email. The tenant will then receive a rental agreement signed by Les Cerisiers as soon as possible. The rental becomes effective when the owner receives the contract signed by the tenant within 10 days.

Ownership Responsibilities

The owners are responsible for renting an apartment in perfect condition, clean and in accordance with the present description under the terms agreed in the contract terms. The owners are absolutely not responsible for the moral, physical and material damage that the tenants could suffer (electric shock, injuries, other accidents, illnesses, burglary, theft, personal injury, earthquake, plane crash, danger of war, riots … etc.)

Tenant Responsibilities

The tenants are responsible for the rental property during the rental period specified in the contract from the signing of the inventory (after check in) to check out. You cannot sublet or accommodate additional people. You must leave the property in perfect condition, clean and as described in the apartment. You undertake to take appropriate care of the rental property. You are responsible for your personal belongings and equipment you have brought with you.

insurance

The tenant should take out insurance with regard to rental risks (water damage and fire) and, if necessary, present a valid insurance certificate at the request of the landlord. The lack of insurance leads to the payment of damages in the event of damage incurred during the vacation period.

Inventory and deposit

When entering (check-in) and leaving (check-out) the rental room, an inventory is carried out. The discovery of damage during the (check out) or the need for repairs due to the negligence of the tenant must be fully reimbursed by the tenant.

Rental price – final reservation

The rental price varies depending on the period. It includes the consumption of water, gas, electricity for normal and reasonable use for a maximum of 2 people. Any improper use will be billed additionally. The exact breakdown of the rental price can be found in the separate reservation document. The rental price is paid no later than 5 days before the day of arrival at the property.

cancellation

In the event of cancellation within 21 days before the start of the rental period, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total rental price is due. Cancellation after check-in is not possible.

In the event of a dispute

In the event of a dispute, only the jurisdiction of Avignon is competent.
